Consulco announces new investment opportunity, Compartment C

Consulco, a leading specialist investment manager with a distinguished 30-year history, proudly announces the launch of Compartment C of the LC London Credit AIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd (“the London Credit Fund”). The sub-fund’s strategy is to participate in short-term lending for refurbished and development residential projects across the UK.

Compartment C will seize opportunities within the dynamic real estate development sector, encompassing residential properties. Compartment C targets return of 6%-7% per annum for Euro investments and 7%-8% per annum for Sterling and Dollar investments.

Key features of Compartment C:

The minimum investment is €125,000, with a minimum lock-up term of 18 months. Redemptions occur with a six-month notice and dividend payments are expected annually.

“Compartment C marks a significant advancement of our London Credit Fund, expanding our investment focus to residential development projects while upholding our commitment to prudent risk management and strong returns,” said Michael Tannousis, Director of Investment Services at Consulco. “Our extensive expertise in the UK property market and our proven track record in structuring property-secured loans give us the confidence that we will deliver solid returns to investors despite market volatility and global uncertainty. Evidence of that, is our 13-year track record.”

The launch of Compartment C builds upon Compartment A and Compartment B of the London Credit Fund, which focus on participation in short-term lending for residential and commercial properties, respectively. Both existing sub-funds have managed to exceed their targeted annual returns, demonstrating the London Credit Fund’s commitment in achieving strong results in a competitive market.

London Credit, our trusted lending partner with a robust 13-year history, has played a vital role in managing our loan portfolio. Our bridging lender has approved and granted 600 short-term loans over the past 13 years, maintaining an exceptionally high repayment rate.
