€1m plus raised in crowdfunding deals on Crowdx.eu

The year 2024 was characterised by important milestones for Crowdx.eu, the EU regulated online crowdfunding platform as the companies listed on crowdX.eu managed to raise more than €1 mln during the year.

With emphasis placed on offering investors exciting investment opportunities from as little as €100, https://www.crowdx.eu/ places particular emphasis on allowing only financially strong companies to its crowdfunding platform while at the same time offering the deals without any charges on investors who enjoy zero onboarding, zero brokerage and zero custody fees.

During 2024, the companies listed on crowdX.eu successfully raised a total of €1,060,721. These included ETFL Ltd, the fintech offering alternative funding solutions to companies involved in both international and domestic trade, Avanti Residence and Sanoel Residences, involved in the construction of luxury apartment blocks in Nicosia.

ETFL raised a total of €510,721 in two funding rounds during the year, offering investors a 4.5% annual return on one-year bonds which was overfunded for a total amount of €310,721 and 5.50% bonds for a total of €200,000. More info at https://www.crowdx.eu/investments/etfl-tf2/.

Avanti Residence, which was offering a combined fixed return of 5.0% per annum on its bonds plus profit participation for a total return of up to 12.78% successfully raised €300,000. More info on https://www.crowdx.eu/investments/avanti/.
