Balram Chainrai's share in Rodon now exceeds 36%

Investor Balram Chainrai has proceeded with the purchase of another 4,526 shares of Agros Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd, the owner of the Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort in Agros.

According to a recent announcement on the CSE, Balram Chainrai purchased 4,526 of the Company's shares on 13 February, representing approximately 0.13% of the issued share capital, at a price of €3.00 per share.

Following the aforementioned acquisition, the Offeror directly holds 1,295,510 shares representing approximately 36.08% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company.
