The exclusive presentation of the Palm Beach Resort was successfully held on Thursday, 26 June 2025, hosted by Premium Access Cyprus in collaboration with Thanos Hospitality Services.

The event brought together members of the business community, investors, and professionals from the real estate and tourism sectors.

Attendees were among the first to be introduced to the new and ambitious development, which aims to establish itself as a distinctive destination for hospitality and leisure in the Larnaca region. The Palm Beach Resort was presented as a model luxury project, placing emphasis on sustainability, refined aesthetics, and its strategic location.

The evening concluded with a cocktail reception and live music, creating a relaxed setting for networking and informal exchange.

The Palm Beach Resort, an over €100 million investment that is set to put Larnaca - and the whole of Cyprus - back on the tourist map, has been presented at a special event held at the Sorrento Pool Bar of the Hilton Nicosia.

The project is being implemented by Premium Access Cyprus in strategic partnership with Thanos Hospitality Services, which will assume management of the resort upon its completion.

The 26 June event was the first official introduction to a new destination that combines relaxation with luxury and entertainment.

Christodoulos Christodoulou, Founder Architect and Director of IQONA Architects, and Xenia Vatyliotou, Lead Interior Designer and Director of V&V Consultancy Services, presented their work and the vision that shaped it.
