Lead the culinary team at Amavi Hotel’s Nocturne Restaurant

Nocturne Restaurant at Amavi Hotel in Paphos is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader, to lead the Nocturne Kitchen Team.

“With an intimate 34-guest seating each evening, Nocturne's seven-course tasting menu, crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Theo+dor Falser, is a celebration of Mediterranean refinement, sustainability, and innovation,” the hotel group behind the hotel, Kanika Hotels & Resorts, said in its vacancy listing.

“We invite you to lead the Nocturne Kitchen Team and become a distinguished name in the world of luxury fine dining,” it added. “Seize this opportunity to elevate your career in an environment where culinary mastery thrives.”

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of five in a high-end culinary setting; work directly alongside Chef Theodor Falser and coordinate the annual training and menu development program designed specifically for Nocturne.

Candidates must be culinary school graduates and have 3+ years of experience in fine dining or a similar leadership role.
