KPMG Academy announces upcoming seminars focused on professional growth

The KPMG Academy is celebrating 16 years of delivering top-tier professional development in Cyprus.

Known for its high-quality training programmes, the Academy is gearing up for the next semester with a fresh lineup of seminars designed to equip professionals with cutting-edge skills for today’s dynamic business environment.

This semester, the Academy will present essential topics such as DORA, Gen AI and IFRS, offering professionals the latest insights and tools to thrive in a rapidly changing market. These programmes also fulfill Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements and are subsidised by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA).

In response to increasing demand, the Academy continues to offer a blend of inhouse and open trainings, face-to-face and online options, including webinars and eLearning modules.

“At KPMG Academy, we collaborate with experienced practitioners from various sectors, who lead KPMG teams and offer services to both international and local clients, bringing real-world expertise to our training programmes. Our educational material is developed based on the ADDIE model, ensuring that participants receive tailored knowledge while also enhancing their existing skills. With access to guidelines, methodologies, tools, and resources from KPMG International, we ensure that our content remains up to date and aligned with international standards. Additionally, our connection with local supervisory authorities allows us to incorporate into our training courses the latest regulatory updates,” said Synthia Pavlou, Principal of KPMG Academy.
