City of Dreams Mediterranean donates clothing to Hope for Children

City of Dreams Mediterranean staff donated clothing to children for Christmas.

On 30 December, the integrated resort’s staff donated various items of clothing to Hope for Children, a press release said, noting that the effort was part of their commitment to leave no child without a present and remaining true to the company’s core philosophy to give back to the community.

City of Dreams Mediterranean Property General Manager, Grant Johnson, thanked staff for their contribution, noting that giving back to the community was a key component of the company’s philosophy, which has a long history of making a positive impact.

“Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our colleagues, we brought some joy to children this Christmas. We truly appreciate their support in making a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most."

The development of corporate social responsibility programs across Melco’s CSR strategic pillars — youth, education, women, culture/heritage, environment, responsible gaming, individual development, and prosperity of local suppliers and SMEs – aim to address social issues and facilitate solutions and to support local charitable organisations, the same press release also noted.

Hope For Children is an International Humanitarian and Independent Organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children around the world. Its mission is to provide support, protection, and opportunities for children facing poverty, abuse, neglect, and other challenging circumstances.

Hope For Children also works towards empowering local communities and advocating for children's rights, aiming to create a brighter future for all children.
