800 children participate in interactive workshops at Larnaka Airport

The voices of more than 800 children, from primary schools in the district, filled Larnaka Airport, during the month of December 2024.

During their visit to the international airport, the children had the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, an initiative of Hermes Airports, which has been held in recent years, as part of the festive activities of the Christmas season.

Experiencing an alternative morning, outside the school classroom, within the unique environment of the airport, the children participated in an activity programme that included a treasure hunt to develop orientation skills, creative crafts, games and an interactive electronic puzzle.

For many children, visiting the airport is a unique experience and this action is part of Hermes Airports' commitment to practical connection with society and the community, which stems from our strategy for sustainability and social responsibility.
