METRO Supermarkets launches pet food collection campaign

In celebration of World Animal Day, METRO Supermarkets is once again organising a major Animal Food Collection Campaign for local shelters on 4, 5 and 6 October, 2024.

"In collaboration with the Federation of Animal Welfare Organisations of Cyprus, we invite all our customers to donate dog food, supporting the effort to improve living conditions at local shelters," the company said in a press release.

METRO doubles your donation
For every amount of food shoppers donate, METRO will double the total volume, contributing further to the care and relief of animals in need.

"Your donation, no matter how big or small, can make a huge difference in the lives of stray animals in our community. Let’s support the shelters and show our love for animals in a meaningful way," it added.
