Ad and communication agencies Red Wolf and Ogilvy Cyprus to merge

Ad and communication agencies Red Wolf and Ogilvy Cyprus are in the process of merging, creating a whole new state of affairs in Cyprus’ advertising and communication sector.

According to information obtained by InBusinessNews, Red Wolf and Ogilvy are expected to join forces and go under the new name Red Wolf Ogilvy.

The deal is expected to be announced in the next few days.

According to the same sources, both Red Wolf and Ogilvy Greece will participate in the administrative structure of Red Wolf Ogilvy, while the shareholder composition of the new company will also consist of both Red Wolf and Ogilvy Greece executives.

Red Wolf is a boutique PR and advertising agency with offices in Nicosia and Athens, established in 2016. It specialises in developing bespoke service mechanisms tailored to the client’s needs.
