Lagon Bleu Fintech Ventures RAIF V.C.I.C under dissolution and liquidation

AIFCAP Managers Ltd, external manager of the company Lagon Bleu Fintech Ventures RAIF V.C.I.C PLC, has informed the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) that a procedure has been initiated for the Registered Alternative Investment Fund's (RAIF) dissolution and liquidation.

CySEC noted that until the completion of the firm's dissolution and liquidation, it shall remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”.

According to article 138(9) of the Law, CySEC will delete the RAIF from the Register once its dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted to CySEC.
