GEM Capital and NetEase Games meet in Paphos

The heads of leading international gaming VC investor GEM Capital, which is based in Cyprus, recently met with representatives of global video games developer NetEase Games in Paphos.

Roman Gurskiy, the Managing Director of GEM Capital, spoke about the meeting in a LinkedIn post, noting, “It was fantastic to catch up with the NetEase Games team at our office in beautiful Paphos, Cyprus! We had insightful discussions on the games market and shared perspectives on the industry in Cyprus, Eastern Europe, and MENA.”
“We explored opportunities, addressed challenges, and, of course, played some games!,” he continued, adding, “It was absolutely great to chat with people who not only understand the business side of entertainment but still, after many years in the industry, absolutely LOVE games!
