House Price Index up 1.1% y-o-y in Q1, 2024

The House Price Index went up 1.1% in the first quarter of 2024, compared to the same quarter of 2023, according to CySTAT's preliminary estimate.

The HPI for the first quarter of 2024 amounts to 111.53 units.

Compared to the fourth quarter of 2023, the HPI increased by 1.4%.
