A visit to the offices of Psaras Construction reveals much more than technical drawings, project timelines and construction plans. We met four members of the Psaras Construction team: Polys Polycarpou, Project Manager, Kalia Aloupou, Chief Accountant, Niki Katzi, Cost Estimator, and Rafaela Kkolou, Health and Safety Assistant. Kalia Aloupou: As Chief Accountant, I am responsible for the proper management of the company’s accounting obligations, a role that requires accuracy, organisation and responsibility. Niki Katzi: As Cost Estimator, my daily routine includes quantity measurements, analysis of technical and financial data, collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors, as well as value engineering. It is a role that requires accuracy, focus and constant communication.
Rafaela Kkolou: In the Health & Safety department, my daily routine includes site inspections, risk assessments and supporting teams on safety matters. It is a role directly connected to prevention and the implementation of safe practices.

Polys: I would describe it as teamwork with the aim of providing the best possible service to the client. In everyday practice, this translates into collaboration, support between colleagues and a shared effort to ensure that every project is completed properly and consistently.

Kalia: Personally, I single out hotel projects. After their completion, we have the opportunity to visit them and enjoy their services, seeing in practice the result of our work.
