Kristofer Richard Kraus resigns from Hellenic Bank’s Board of Directors

Hellenic Bank has announced, the Cyprus Stock Exchange, through the resignation of Kristofer Richard Kraus from the Bank's Board of Directors.

As the Bank states, "Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") announces that Mr. Kristofer Richard Kraus has resigned from the Bank's Board of Directors, effective June 20, 2024."

"The Board of Directors would like to express its warm thanks to Mr. Kristofer Richard Kraus for his contribution and services to the Board of Directors and the Hellenic Bank Group," the announcement concludes.

It is noted that Kraus was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank on 19 June, 2019.

He was a member of the Board of Directors' Risk Management and Remuneration Committees.
