The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) announced that it has received a notification of a concentration concerning the proposed acquisition of the share capital of Cargo Services Seafreight Limited by DP World Limited, via DP World Logistics FZE.

DP World Logistics FZE is a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. DP World Logistics operates in the provision of integrated supply chain and logistics services and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of DP World Limited.

DP World Limited is a company, duly registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. DP World operates marine terminals and other port infrastructure around the world.

Cargo Services Seafreight Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of the Cayman Islands. Cargo Services Seafreight Limited is an international logistics services provider, principally engaged in providing freight forwarding and contact logistic services to a diverse client base such as brand owners, retailers and other clients worldwide.
