Tree Hotel: The new hotel planned for Platres

Tree Hotel is a proposed development project in the Platres mountain region that will include a 134-bed hotel as well as 67 elevated cabins that will be spread around the forest.

According to the plans, the development will include the main hotel building spanning 4,816 sq. m., reception areas, an indoor and outdoor restaurant and lounge bar, spa, yoga area, indoor pool and 60 underground parking spaces.

The 67 wooden elevated cabins will span a total area of 2,568.2 sq. m. and there will be three different designs: 21 Microcabins (30 sq. m.), 32 Deluxe Cabins (39.7 sq. m.) and 14 Luxury Cabins (47.7 sq. m.). All cabins, which will be built on stilts, sleep two.

The proposed hotel will be located in Pano Platres, and will be accessed by the already-existing road network, meaning it won’t require additional, environment-burdening road works.
