E&G Economides LLC has announced the promotion of Virginia Adamidou, to the position of Partner.

In her new role, Adamidou will continue to lead her team and focus on the areas of Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Capital Markets and Investment Funds, while targeting new opportunities seeking the continuous enhancement and development of the law firm and of its affiliated companies.

Adamidou holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the UK, a Masters on Business Administration (MBA) from CIIM, and she is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2004. She specialises in corporate and commercial matters on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, disputes, and generally all kinds of corporate transactions. She also deals extensively with real estate matters by handling the entire property acquisition and sale procedure from the negotiating stage, drafting and preparation of the agreements, until the completion stage.
