CCCI President - UNSG's Representative discuss importance of trade between two communities

The President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General in Cyprus have discussed the importance of developing trade between the two communities in Cyprus.

According to a CCCI post on platform 'X', CCCI President Stavros Stavrou has held a meeting with the UNSG's Special Representative and Head of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus, Colin Stewart.

"They discussed among other things - and they stressed in particular - the importance of the development of trade between the two communities as a catalyst for the solution of the Cyprus problem", the post said.
