CCCI hosts official lunch for German president

The President and members of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry held an official lunch to host German President Frank Walter Steinmeier and his delegation, who are on the island for an official state visit.

The lunch was joined by Energy, Commerce and Industry Minister George Papanastasiou, Agriculture Minister Maria Panayiotou, the Deputy Minister of Research, Nicodemos Damianou, as well as 30 Cypriot and foreign entrepreneurs in the fields of RES, digitisation, shipping, environment and services.

“The CCCI, which by law is the official adviser of the state on matters of the Economy and Business, believes such visits that contribute to the further growth of Commercial and Economic relations between the two countries’ business communities are vastly important,” the CCCI said in a LinkedIn post.
