Hermes Airports: Christmas atmosphere at Larnaka and Pafos Airports

Hermes Airports welcomes this year’s festive season with a unique Christmas experience for the passengers at Larnaka and Pafos Airports.

On 26 November, the staff of Hermes Airports and members of the airport community switched on the festive lights at Larnaka Airport, officially marking the beginning of the Christmas season.

Throughout December, several events will enhance the holiday atmosphere. Passengers and visitors will enjoy live performances by music ensembles playing well-known Christmas songs.

Additionally, at Larnaka Airport, more than 800 children from primary schools in the region will participate in interactive workshops that include a treasure hunt inside the airport, creative crafts, games, and an interactive electronic puzzle.

Moreover, Hermes Airports continues to support the "Adopt a Family for Christmas" program of the Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council, ensuring that every family has access to food and that children receive gifts during the holiday season.

Maria Kouroupi, Director of Aviation Development and Communications at Hermes Airports, stated: "Christmas is a time that brings people from all over the world together, and our airports serve as the meeting point for this global family. This year, we have created an extensive calendar of events, and through these initiatives, we aim to spread the message of solidarity, which lies at the heart of the festive spirit."
