Island Oil is has been awarded the Silver Award in the Social Leader category at the ESG Shipping Awards International 2026, which took place during the annual gala ceremony and awards dinner on Friday, 15 May 2026, in Athens.
The ceremony brought together more than 400 maritime companies and industry stakeholders from across the global shipping sector, reflecting the continued acceleration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) transformation within the maritime industry, a relevant announcement said.
