Smoothie Factory and EKCO Maximum Power Managing Director Elias Kokkinos reveals new venture- CarMarket.cy

Recognising that the Internet has become a first port of call for many purchases, Elias Kokkinos, the Managing Director of both Smoothie Factory and EKCO Maximum Power has co-founded a new venture, CarMarket.cy, with fellow experienced entrepreneur Charalambos Onoufriou.

Speaking to CBN, Kokkinos revealed that as well as being a dedicated marketplace-- designed for both car enthusiasts and industry professionals-- CarMarket.cy will also by the end of the year feature even more unique features including tools.

“For example, we will have a tool that will allow people to determine the value of the car they are selling,” Kokkinos said. He explained the tool would use information such as the vehicle’s make, model and the number of kilometres it had covered, among other criteria, and also consider the price similar vehicles were being sold for in Cyprus.

Kokkinos, already the Managing Director of both Smoothie Factory and EKCO Maximum Power, which offers electric vehicle charging solutions, acknowledged that there were other online market for cars in Cyprus but that CarMarket.cy is more specialised and would feature unique tools and tips.
