American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo and Pafos FC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding "to strengthen academic research, sports innovation, and community engagement in Cyprus and beyond".
“This collaboration will prioritise research in sports science, leadership, and management to advance best practices,” AUB Mediterraneo said on its LinkedIn.
It will also include initiatives like workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing programs that unite academia and sports for greater societal impact, it said.
“Together, we’re creating a shared vision for innovation, learning, and progress,” the university concluded.
