Two new residential towers to be added to Parklane, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Limassol

Construction of two residential towers at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Limassol is anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of the new year.

The company secured planning permits for the development of the two towers in September 2023, according to a recent announcement on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The announcement outlined updates on the business plan of MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture PLC which operates the Parklane, including that the development of two residential towers is anticipated to cover approximately 11,000 sq m.

Also, while no official announcement has been made, it cannot be ruled out that additional luxury brands may also be coming to the first Retail Village at Nammos Limassol, situated within Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa.

Having opened in the summer of 2023, the venue’s exclusive boutiques currently include Dior Menswear, Dior Womenswear, Loro Piana, Loewe, and Off-White.
