CMMI receives ‘HR in Excellence Award’ from EURAXESS

The Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI) has received the 'HR in Excellence Award' from EURAXESS.
“This prestigious award acknowledges our dedication to outstanding human resource practices, specifically through the implementation of the 'HR Strategy for Researchers',” it said announcing the news.
It added that the strategy aligns with the Charter & Code principles, demonstrating its commitment to creating a supportive and appealing environment for researchers.
“By adhering to the Charter & Code, we aim not only to enhance our Institute but also to attract talented researchers,” said CMMI.

Spanning 43 European countries with 9 global hubs, it also has a Cypriot branch of Service Centres to help with all relocation aspects. In June 2022, The Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI) became an EURAXESS Services Centre, providing support exclusively within the institution.
