Construction of the third and final building, under the project’s second phase, will continue in 2024, while it is worth noting that 75% of the building has already been sold off.

Speaking to InBusinessNews, Cybarco Development’s CEO Michalis Hadjipanayiotou said Trilogy is another success story by Cybarco, with a new community in the making.

He also revealed that a new team of experts established to manage rentals, property, and lifestyle management is expected to get to work soon, to ensure Cybarco’s clients enjoy five-star services.

According to Hadjipanayiotou, following the huge success of its projects Attikis Residences in Nicosia and Thalassa Residences in Limassol, the company has now secured land in prime locations of two towns, where new projects will get underway within the year.

Finally, regarding Cybarco's Akamas Bay Villas project in Latchi, which is in close proximity to the Akamas peninsula, with only two ready to move in beachfront villas available for sale, the company decided to proceed with building four more.
