Dauntless Trust no longer licensed to provide administrative services

Dauntless Trust Corporate Services Ltd has expressly waived its authorisation to provide administrative services and so the company has been permanently deleted from the licensed persons’ register, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced.

According to CySEC, as of 19 April 2023, Dauntless Trust “expressly waived its authorisation for the provision of administrative services pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012”. And so, “the company’s authorisation with Νumber 221/196, which was granted by CySEC, lapsed as from the aforementioned date and the Company ceases to provide administrative services”.

It concluded that “CySEC, in accordance with section 16(2) of the Law, has permanently deleted the Company from the licensed persons’ Register”.
