New Director for Mall of Cyprus and Mall of Engomi

The public company The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc and The Mall of Engomi have informed the Cyprus Stock Exchange, their shareholders and the general public that George Mouskides will be leaving his position as Director of the Company with effect from 30 June, 2023.

During a 6 June board meeting, the Company also decided to re-appoint John George Mavrokordatos as Director with immediate effect.
