Presenting Cuckoo, the new rooftop bar about to shake up Larnaca

The brand new rooftop bar, Cuckoo Rooftop, is ready to welcome its first customers at the newly-revamped Larnaca Municipal Market venue.

Inspired by a Miami vibe, the rooftop bar was designed by Fivos Design Studio and will be offering patrons imaginative signature cocktails, and more. Curated by the YourBartender Bar Services team, the cocktails also include classic drinks with a special Cuckoo twist, complimented by carefully-selected alternative music.

The spot officially opens at 6.30 pm on Tuesday, 13 June with happenings planned throughout the year including DJ events featuring DJ K at 8.30 pm on Friday, 16 June, Vanesha at 8.30 pm on Saturday, 17 June, and Chris Blenda at 7.30 pm on Sunday, 18 June. The venue is open from 6.30 pm-1 am from Sunday to Thursday and until 1.30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Cuckoo Hospitality team, however, is not limiting its activities to Cuckoo Rooftop since its plans to revitalise the centre of Larnaca are set to continue with two more additions to the Municipal Market’s first floor.

First, the famous “ghost kitchen” of Limassol, Afterbite, will in July expand to Larnaca to serve American-style dishes with Chef Elias Christoforou at the helm. Christoforou has worked at some of the world’s most famous Michelin star restaurants, including Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the Goring, the Hide, and the Geranium.

Then, in September, one of Nicosia's most popular restaurants, Rokoko, is also set to expand to the Larnaca site.
