Fattal Hotel Group is acquiring Limassol’s Grand Resort

Fattal Hotel Group is, through Fattal Limassol Limited, acquiring Hawaii Hotels Limited, the company that owns and manages Limassol’s five-star Grand Resort.

As reported by InBusinessNews, the Commission for the Protection of Competition has announced that a merger notification was received regarding the acquisition of the share capital of Hawaii Hotels Limited by Fattal Limassol Limited.

Fattal Limassol Limited is a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus created for the purpose of this transaction and has no prior business activities.

Essentially, upon completion of the proposed transaction, the five-star Grand Resort in Limassol, which Hawaii Hotels owns and manages, will pass into the hands of Fattal Hotel Group, which is the largest hospitality organisation in Israel and one of the fasted growing hotel groups in the UK and Europe.

Fattal Hotel Group operates in 20 countries with a large number of hotels in its portfolio.

The Group has been operating on the island since 2017, creating two different types of hotel. The first category involves resorts that emphasise and all-inclusive approach and high-quality services.

The second category encompasses boutique hotels under the NYX brand, which have a more lifestyle-centred concept with an urban, youthful and dynamic vibe.

Fattal Hotel Group’s immediate plans include new tourism and hotel offerings in Cyprus, anticipated to operate by 2024.
