Call for tenders for construction of €4 million students’ residences in Old Nicosia

Nicosia Municipality has requested tenders for the construction and completion of student residences on Voulgaroktonou, Arsinois and Komninos streets in the Old Town.

The estimated value of the contract is €4 million, excluding VAT, with the main award criterion being the most economically advantageous offer.

The tender was announced through the Electronic Procurement System (eProcurement).

The project is funded by the EU Recovery and Resilience Mechanism under the Cyprus Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The construction works will last approximately 16 months from the project’s start date and will be carried out in Nicosia Within the Walls. It is noted that there will be a 12 month liability period for defects.

Bids can be submitted until 28 April, with a participation guarantee amounting to €80,000.
