Join the Delegation for the Defence Exhibition in Athens, Greece

The Commercial Section of the American Embassy in Nicosia is organising a delegation to visit the U.S. pavilion at the Defence Exhibition (DEFEA) at the Metropolitan Expo Center in Athens, Greece, on 9 to 11 May, 2023.

DEFEA is a high-profile international defence exhibition where well-known companies from all over the world present land, naval, aerospace, national and cyber security defence systems. It is organised under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of National Defence with the cooperation of the Hellenic Manufacturers Association of Defence Material. The U.S. pavilion is organized by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AmChamGR) in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Athens and the Association of the United States Army (AUSA).

The Commercial Section of the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, in conjunction with the Foreign Commercial Service of the U.S. Embassy in Athens, welcomes you to join the Cypriot delegation either as a conference attendee or as an exhibitor at the U.S. Pavilion.

Leading American defence companies such as Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Boeing, General Atomics, and Erickson will showcase their latest technologies, advanced solutions, and defence systems. As a member of the official U.S. Embassy delegation, participants can benefit from exclusive business-to-business matchmaking service (B2B) (assistance with setting up meetings with U.S. companies and exhibitors), come in direct contact, network, attend official events, exchange ideas with participating U.S. companies, and consult with U.S. Commercial Service Trade Specialists.

For more information on the DEFEA and the U.S. pavilion, please visit the following websites: https://defea.gr/, https://usadefea.com/. If interested in joining the delegation and learning more, please contact Ms. Anna Agrotou, Commercial Assistant at 22-393520 or email: agrotou@state.gov.
