Exness and photographer George Papapetrou launch Cyprus wildlife awareness campaign

Exness, a global, Limassol-based fintech company, has joined forces with photographer George Papapetrou in a photography project that aims to raise awareness about Cyprus wildlife. The initiative seeks to promote knowledge, respect, and the importance of preserving our local wildlife among students.

The project, which is managed by George Papapetrou and supported by Exness, has the sole purpose of educating the future generation of Cyprus about our precious natural environment. Through his presentations at local schools, Papapetrou will teach students about the diverse species that inhabit Cyprus and how they are an integral part of our island’s nature.

“Educating students about respecting nature and the natural habitats of our island’s wildlife is extremely important,” said Martin Thorvaldsen, Exness Head of CSR. “They not only are the future of our planet, they also are a key influencing factor to their parents’ decision making. They can be a driving force to a better future and a more sustainable present. When George Papapetrou came to us with this project we knew that we had to support it in any way we could. We invite all schools to participate in this project and give their students the opportunity to watch a very interesting and important presentation,” Thorvaldsen added.

“It is my great pleasure to collaborate with Exness, an organisation that showed time and again its sensitivity on issues related to our country as well as the environment. This project is very close to my heart and I am looking forward to sharing it with as many schools across Cyprus as possible,” George Papapetrou commented.
