GNORA celebrates 20 years of successful operations

GNORA Communication Consultants, one of Cyprus’ leading communication companies, celebrates two decades of successful operations.

The specialised consultancy, which offers services in Corporate and Political Communication, Public Affairs and Publications, has managed, over the past twenty years, to earn the trust of some of the biggest Cypriot and foreign companies active in Cyprus, prominent political figures, and internationally renowned, Forbes-listed entrepreneurs.

The driving force behind GNORA’s creative journey has always been its people, who manage the image and reputation of more than 40 organisations and businesses from all sectors of the economy. With knowledge, experience and a client-centric approach at its core, the company has an especially high average client retention rate, of approximately 8 years.

The key to the company’s success has also been its proactive approach in the face of modern technological progress, through the implementation of innovative solutions and the development of new services. Over the past few years, GNORA has been offering comprehensive Online Reputation Management services, making use of specialised content management platforms and AI-powered Data Analytics.

Throughout its twenty-year history, GNORA received prestigious awards in Cyprus and abroad. In 2021, following a dedicated employee survey, the company received the Great Place to Work certification in recognition of the importance it attaches to developing and maintaining a people-focused, high-quality, and primarily safe, work environment. Specifically, it ranked in Cyprus’ top 3 and Europe’s top 20 companies. In 2020, it was named Cyprus’ Best Client Service company at the Global Brands Awards 2019-2020, which saw the participation of global giants such as Microsoft Corporation, Google, Huawei, Amazon and Apple. It was also declared national champion in the customer focus category by the European Business Awards (EBA) 2016/2017. In 2013, it was named Cyprus’ best medium-sized company at the InBusiness Awards.

2018 was a milestone year for GNORA, as it saw the company switching to a multi-stakeholder model. The admission of new shareholders was based on an innovative scheme, which gives its staff members the opportunity to acquire a stake in the company.

GNORA’s General Manager, Sylvia Karakatsani said on the occasion: “At GNORA, we view our 20-year anniversary as a springboard for new achievements. We aim to continue moving forward in a dynamic and decisive way, while remaining committed to the key elements of our success: our values and culture as well as our professionalism, client-centric approach, and team spirit. Our main objective is to always be on our clients’ side, offering them comprehensive solutions that meet their ever-changing needs. Our company will continue to evolve, through the use of modern tools and the development of new services”.
