Energame accepts the resignation of its Managing Director and CEO, Maksym Liashko

The Board of Directors of Energame has accepted the resignation of its Managing Director & CEO Maksym Liashko.

The decision was taken this week during the shareholders meeting of the Parimatch Holding Group, an announcement from the company notes.

Maksym Liashko took on the role of CEO of the Parimatch Holding Group in April 2022. As of 2023, he was further appointed as the Managing Director and CEO of Energame, which is responsible for managing the Parimatch Holding Group.

According to the announcement, during Liashko's interim departure, Energame and Parimatch Holding Group will be overseen directly by their respective corporate boards, with support from a capable team of longstanding senior staff members, who enjoy the full confidence of the shareholders. The operational activities of the Holding Group continue to work uninterrupted while the shareholders have initiated a search for the new CEO.
