The Landmark Nicosia: The inspiration behind the architectural masterpiece (vid)

Currently undergoing a dramatic change, the new version of The Landmark Nicosia is set to steal the hearts of Cypriots. The renovation promises to restore it to its former glory, allowing it to gain a special place in our everyday lives.

The iconic building, which is currently under construction, is located at the entrance of Nicosia and is set to feature a design that blends the traditional character of Nicosia with contemporary architectural trends.

The new version of The Landmark Nicosia promises to, once again, make the entrance of Nicosia a significant point of interest.

In the following video, the CEO of MHV Group, Haris Michael, Architect Eraclis Papachristou and his team at E. Papachristou Architects LLC, talk about the project, its importance, as well as the elements and objectives that led to its unique design.

It should be noted that the project involves the renovation of The Landmark Nicosia and its transformation into a high-end internationally branded five-star hotel. The development is set to open its doors in late 2024 as a member of Marriott’s Autograph collection, with its outdoor area boasting two high-rises. The first high-rise The Landmark Nicosia Residences will be a residential building while the second, The Landmark Nicosia Offices, will offer state-of-the-art office facilities. Boasting unique features, the mixed development will be the first of its kind in Nicosia, while it promises to become an ultimate lifestyle destination. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.

MHV is a leading real estate and hospitality company, specialising in the creation of luxury lifestyle destinations in Cyprus and abroad.
