Haris Koureas has founded his own company in the field of real estate and consulting, assuming the duties of CEO of Stable Residences.

Koureas has held management positions at large companies, including Ayia Napa Marina, where he was the deputy CEO until March 2023.

Stable Residences described as a boutique office specialising in buying and selling and investing in real estate, with a deep understanding of the local and international market, therefore providing valuable guidance and information to its clients, depending on their goals.

The professional path of Haris Koureas

Haris Koureas has extensive experience in managerial and senior management positions in various sectors, such as telecommunications, information technology, corporate services (fiduciary), sales, marketing and management of commercial units and facilities.

From November 2015 to March 2023 he worked at the Ayia Napa Marina. As deputy CEO, he headed the commercial department including sales and marketing departments, business development, as well as the commercial zone.

Also, from the position of Chief Retail Manager, he was responsible for all F&B activities and the commercial zone of Ayia Napa Marina. He managed day-to-day operations of the department, as well as staff, and led the company's commercial expansion effort by designing and implementing commercial strategies.

Previously, he worked in management positions at Caramondani Bros Public Co Limited, Fiduserve Management Ltd and MTN.
