Intership Navigation is hiring an HSQE Superintendent

Intership Navigation, a leading shipmanagement company in Cyprus with a large and diversified technical and commercial management network, is seeking to recruit an HSQE Superintendent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring a number of vessels for the proper implementation of the company’s SMS onboard; following up the accident reports/ near misses/ Nonconformities of the assigned vessels and ensure proper closure; monitoring the shipboard drills onboard; and arraning internal and external audits for the assigned ships – among other things.

Applicants must have a Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or Master Mariner; 3 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM, ISPS internal auditor course; and an Incident Investigation Course by a classification society (IACS). They must be fluent in both Greek and English, written and verbal; be highly organised/ Responsible/ Detail oriented; have the ability to perform under pressure and be computer literate in Windows environment. AUTOCAD will be considered an advantage.
