Cypriot start-up Stylino expands to Greece with stylino.gr

Cypriot start-up Stylino has launched in Greece at stylino.gr, extending its fashion price-comparison service beyond Cyprus. Greek shoppers can now search and compare prices on clothing, shoes and accessories across 67 online stores that deliver to Greece, without opening a separate tab for each retailer.

The expansion follows the company’s launch in Cyprus earlier this year. The Greek catalogue already covers more than 390,000 products from over 4,000 brands.

Why Greece, and why now

Fashion is already the leading physical-goods category in Greek e-commerce. Nexi’s 2024 Annual E-Commerce Report found that 50% of online shoppers bought clothing, with fashion and apparel estimated at €5.6 billion of €29.4 billion in total online spending.

Greek consumers have long compared prices for electronics. Fashion has remained more fragmented: each retailer runs its own e-shop, with its own naming, sizing and pricing. The same branded sneaker or dress can differ substantially from one store to the next — a gap most shoppers never see.

“In Cyprus we found that the same product can differ by as much as 30% across stores. Greece is the natural next market: larger, with very high online fashion spend, but the same fragmentation. stylino.gr brings that transparency to the Greek shopper,” said Aris Ioannou, founder of Stylino.

How it works

Users visit stylino.gr, search for a product, a brand or a category — for example women’s clothing and shoes — and see offers from partner stores, ranked by price. A click sends them to the retailer to complete the purchase. Stylino does not sell the products itself.

Partner stores include Tsakiris Mallas, Attrattivo, Mat Fashion, Prince Oliver, Funky Buddha, Vardas, IzyShoes and Spartoo, among others. The service is free, bilingual (Greek and English), and includes price-drop alerts.

A Cypriot company, a second market

Stylino is designed and operated from Limassol. Cyprus was the proving ground; Greece is the second market for the same model: fashion-only price comparison, organised by brand, category and gender — not a general marketplace.

“We are not trying to become the store. We are trying to become the place where the shopper sees the whole market before they buy. That is what we built in Cyprus. That is what we are now doing in Greece,” Ioannou added.

The service is free at stylino.gr.
