New high-profile speakers further strengthen a programme featuring prominent political, business and economic leaders
Bringing together leading international and local decision-makers, investors, policymakers and business leaders, the EY Cyprus Future Realized Forum 2026 returns to Nicosia at a time when technological advancement is reshaping economies, industries and investment decisions worldwide
The Forum will take place on 9 September 2026, under the theme “Cyprus Future Realized: Bridge. Accelerate. Grow.” Held under the auspices of Invest Cyprus, it will provide a platform for dialogue between government, the international investment community, business leaders and institutional stakeholders.
The Forum will welcome H.E. the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, who will deliver the opening address.
Global Technology Leaders Join the Programme
Two additional international executives have joined an already strong programme, further enhancing the Forum’s focus on technology.
John Josephakis, Global Vice President, HPC, AI & Supercomputing, NVIDIA, will participate in the Forum, bringing his experience from a field at the heart of the global technological transformation, with a focus on artificial intelligence, high-performance computing infrastructure and supercomputing.
Constantinos Kattirdjis, Director, Enterprise Partner Lead, Microsoft, will also participate in the Forum, bringing a global perspective on digital transformation, innovation and business growth.
The participation of these two executives broadens the discussion around the factors that increasingly shape investment attractiveness, as access to advanced technologies, infrastructure and digital capabilities becomes ever more important for businesses and investors.
Figures with International Experience
The Forum will also welcome prominent figures from European politics and economics. Jan Peter Balkenende, Minister of State and Former Prime Minister of the Netherlands, will bring his European perspective, while Bruno Maçães, Former Portuguese Secretary of State for European Affairs, will contribute his experience on European policy and international developments.
The Government will also be represented by Michael Damianos, Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry.
EY will also have a strong presence, with Ronald Attard, Country Managing Partner, EY Cyprus & EY Malta / Risk Management Leader, EY Europe Central Region; George Tziortzis, Leader of Consulting Services, EY Cyprus; and Stelios Demetriou, EY Cyprus, Parthenon Service Line Leader, M&A Leader for Europe Central Region.

Cyprus Through the Lens of Data
A key part of the programme will be the EY Cyprus Attractiveness Survey, which captures the trends shaping the investment environment in Europe and Cyprus.
The findings of the Survey will inform the discussion around Cyprus’s position as an investment destination, the challenges arising from technological and geopolitical change, and the conditions that can strengthen the country’s ability to attract foreign direct investment.
The Forum will feature two thematic panel discussions. The first will examine Cyprus’s FDI attractiveness in an era of technological and geopolitical change, while the second will focus on the country’s current position through the findings of the Attractiveness Survey.
A Bridge to the Next Chapter of Investment
With more than 600 participants across previous editions, the EY Cyprus Future Realized Forum has evolved into an important meeting point for the investment and business community.
This year's Forum connects technology with investment, data with strategy, and the international investment community with the Cypriot market. In doing so, it brings the message “Bridge. Accelerate. Grow.” to life and opens the discussion on the conditions that can support the next phase of Cyprus’ economic development.
