"I encourage everybody to come to Cyprus; it is the best place to invest in," Nayef Kassatly, Managing Partner of Kassatly Group Holding, notes.
In a video interview with Invest Cyprus, Kassatly discusses what brought the Lebanese business group to Cyprus and shares his experience of doing business on the island.
"Four years ago, we decided to move to Cyprus, (constructing) a big bottling plant and decoration plant for soft drinks," he states. According to Kassatly, the move "was done in a very smooth way, with a lot of support from Invest Cyprus and the Ministry of Industry."
Elaborating on his experience, he says: "Our experience was very positive; permit issuing was very smooth, and support from Invest Cyprus and the Ministry was super positive."
Kassatly also explains why Kassatly Group Holding, which has been active in the beverage industry since 1919 and has its main headquarters in Beirut and a plant in the Beqaa Valley, chose Cyprus over other potential locations.
"The selection of Cyprus was because of the safe environment, the stability, and the proximity to all the European and Middle Eastern countries," Kassatly states.
"I encourage everybody to come to Cyprus; it is the best place to invest in," he concludes.
