European Parliament President, Roberta Metsola, thanked on Tuesday the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union for its cooperation with the Parliament in a post on the social media platform X.
More specifically, Metsola thanked the team of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU for its "excellent collaboration and close cooperation" with the European Parliament.
She also expressed her gratitude to the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, for his leadership and commitment to a strong and united Europe. She added that their cooperation had delivered tangible results for European citizens.
