GOLD New Issue: The 2nd CBN Young Dragon Awards

In the new issue of GOLD, coming out on Sunday, 15 March, we present the winners and sponsors of the 2nd CBN Young Dragon Awards (click here).

Cyta Business presents the Young Dragon Awards which were created by Cyprus Business News (CBN) to recognise and celebrate outstanding individuals in the early stages of their careers who have demonstrated exceptional talent, dedication and impact in their respective fields. Now in their second year, the awards aim to acknowledge professionals under 40 who have not only achieved significant goals but have also shown their potential for future growth and leadership roles.

The 2nd CBN Young Dragon Awards ceremony was held in Nicosia on 19 February 2026, in front of a packed audience at the Municipal Theatre. It was an evening full of excitement, anticipation and joy, accompanied by funky beats and refreshments. This year’s Young Dragons embodied the true symbolism of the creature they are named after, having been chosen for their outstanding abilities, strength and boldness to take calculated risks, an essential aspect of success in business and life. In recent years, Cyprus has transformed itself into a thriving hub for high-potential industries, offering young professionals diverse career paths and countless opportunities. In this issue, we present the ten Young Dragons, who share their personal experiences of their entrepreneurial journeys and future aspirations. We also hear from the sponsors of the CBN Young Dragon Awards – Cyta Business (Presenter) and ECOMMBX (Young Dragon Champion Sponsor) – whose representatives offer their own perspectives on why they chose to support this new initiative, which is sure to become a recurring annual highlight in the Cyprus business community calendar.
