The 2nd MMG HR Summit Mediterranean, one of the key HR and people leadership gatherings in the Mediterranean region, will take place on March 11–12 at the Parklane Hotel in Limassol.
The summit will bring together over 300 senior decision-makers, including HR Directors, CHROs, CEOs, founders, and business leaders from Cyprus and across the Mediterranean region. Ben Whitter - Mr Employee Experience™, HR influencer, will lead a one-day workshop during the Summit.
Cyprus attracts international business and leaders from across Europe thanks to its favorable tax environment, ease of doing business, and exceptional climate and quality of life. The main theme is “People. Culture. Connection”. Participants will discuss the real challenges organisations face today. These include leading global and hybrid teams, using AI responsibly, supporting leaders under pressure, and treating employee wellbeing as a true business priority.
The one full-day immersive workshop will be led by Ben Whitter, a globally recognised employee experience expert, author, Thinkers50-ranked thought leader, and one of HR’s most influential voices. The topic “The Holistic Employee Experience (HEX): How HR Can Co-Create Human-Centred Impact to Build a World-Class Organization” introduces a structured framework for designing human-centred, high-performing organisations. Participants will explore how world-class organisations develop trust and sustainable leadership within their culture, and how they align brand, leadership, and employee experience into a connected system.
