A meeting between the head and executives of Paphos Regional Tourism Board and executives of Aegean Cyprus included the announcement of Aegean's decision to resume flights between Athens and Paphos.
Aegean, within the framework of its continuous presence in Cyprus, is investing in the expansion of its network and expanding its activity, adding the Paphos - Athens route, the airline said.
Within the framework of the meeting with Aegean executives, an extensive exchange of views took place regarding promotional and other joint actions related to the communication of routes and support of Aegean's presence in Paphos.
Specifically, from 3 July, 2026, Paphos will be connected to Athens with three weekly flights, thus offering increased accessibility to the domestic and international network of Aegean Airlines and to tourism source countries such as Germany, the Nordic countries, etc.
Paphos Regional Tourism Board welcomed the announcement and said it hopes Aegean will further expand its presence in the city in the near future.
