Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited announced the completion of the entire share capital of ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited, by its wholly owned subsidiary, Med Energywise Ltd. The total consideration paid for the acquisition amounts to €45.1 million.
More specifically, in its announcement to the CSE, Petrolina states that following the announcements dated 28/11/2024 and 18/12/2025 and in the context of informing the investing public, "Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited announces that on 31/01/2026 the acquisition of the entire (100%) share capital of ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited by its wholly owned subsidiary, Med Energywise Ltd, was completed."
"The total consideration paid for the acquisition amounts to €45.1 million, after the finalisation of the anticipated completion adjustments, based on the Acquisition Agreement dated 27/11/2024," it added.
Following the change of ownership and its integration into the Petrolina Group, and after the relevant procedures prescribed by law have been completed, it is further emphasised that ExxonMobil Cyprus Limited will be renamed eWise Cyprus Ltd.
