The fireside chat entitled 'Living and Working in Cyprus', held as part of the Cyprus–India Business and Investment Summit in Mumbai, focused on the opportunities that Cyprus offers as a place to live and work for international executives and entrepreneurs. The discussion was moderated by George Michael, CEO of IMH.
During the discussion, Elena Narbuts, VP of Sales & Marketing, Marfields Group, referred to the real estate market landscape in Cyprus, presenting the available options in both the residential and commercial sectors. Particular mention was made of the housing options that cover different profiles —from luxury living to more affordable solutions— as well as the possibilities offered by the Cypriot market in commercial and office properties.
At the same time, she referred to key parameters that make up the quality of life in the country, such as access to health and education services, as well as the overall lifestyle that combines professional opportunities with a high standard of living. As noted, these elements make Cyprus an attractive destination for executives and companies considering relocating or establishing a base in Europe.
The fireside chat was part of the broader context of the conference's thematic discussions, highlighting the dimension of everyday life and quality of life as a critical factor in investment and business decisions.
The Conference was organised by IMH in collaboration with Invest Cyprus.
