The Construction Materials Price Index recorded an increase of 1.28% during the January–November 2025 period, compared with the corresponding period of 2024.
According to data released by CySTAT, the index stood at 118.63 points in November 2025 (base year 2021=100), marking a decrease of 0.34% compared with the previous month.
On an annual basis, compared with November 2024, the index rose by 1.16%.
By main product category, increases were recorded in minerals (3.65%), mineral products (3.01%), and wood products, insulation materials, chemicals and plastics (1.44%), while decreases were observed in electromechanical items (-1.61%) and metal products (-0.99%).
