MILA: The Cypriot AI platform transforming the customer experience

The MILA AI Virtual Agents Platform, developed by Goldman Solutions & Services Ltd, is an innovative artificial intelligence solution that is reshaping the way businesses communicate, serve, and interact with their customers.

By combining Conversational AI with Agentic AI, MILA creates AI-powered digital agents that do more than simply answer questions—they understand intent, act autonomously, and evolve through every interaction.

The development of the platform falls under the project “MILA AI Virtual Agents Platform”, funded by the NextGenerationEU / Recovery & Resilience Facility (RRF) through the Research & Innovation Foundation (RIF) under the Fast Track Innovation Programme (FTI/0325/0009).
